Packet Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Packet Engineer who will manage network and customer circuit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze networks to reduce costs and optimize infrastructure usage
• Perform maintenance grooming of customer and network circuits
• Provision and configure customer services and network links in various platforms

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in transport network engineering/planning
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of voice networks, including SIP and VoIP technologies
• Experience with Salesforce and MetaSolv applications
• Ability to work across functional boundaries and manage multiple tasks
