Packs and Equipment Merchandiser

Job Summary

Packs and Equipment Merchandiser, a full-time position, is responsible for owning category strategy and execution, driving sales and profitability, and managing product life cycles in the packs and equipment market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own category sales and profitability, including performance tracking and action-oriented responses to business trends
• Build and drive seasonal product strategies based on market analysis and consumer trends, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Manage all aspects of line management from concept to commercialization, including product briefs and retail assortment optimization

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in product line management or as a buyer/merchandiser in the outdoor or lifestyle industry, specifically in packs and/or equipment
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including OTB management and margin analysis
• Experience leading go-to-market processes across BTB and DTC channels
• Strong cross-functional project management skills with a track record of managing competing priorities and timelines
