PACS Administrator

Job Summary

To support Clinical Imaging Radiology, the contract PACS Administrator will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot Radiology application issues, and develop documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Radiology application problems independently
• Develop and present internal and external documentation for team and clinical associates
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build and maintain test and production environments

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of Radiology PACS experience
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Change Healthcare Radiology PACS and related applications
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incident and task management
• Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on technical solutions
• Experience in mentoring team members and generating ad-hoc reports
