PACT Representative

Job Summary

To enhance patient experience, the full-time PACT Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and provide customer service in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Link patient experiences between PACT and practice sites while addressing inbound caller needs and making necessary outbound calls
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments, ensuring accurate collection and verification of demographic and insurance information
• Identify emergent calls for immediate transfer to Registered Nurses and maintain adherence to emergency call handling guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 0-1 year experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
• Ability to operate a multiple-line telephone system
• Demonstrated ability for analysis, logical thinking, and attention to detail
