Job Summary
Providing essential support to enhance patient experiences, the full-time PACT Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information while adhering to departmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Link patient experiences between PACT and practice sites using established policies and procedures
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information
- Handle emergent calls and escalate complex issues as necessary, while providing excellent customer service
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate
- 0-1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related field
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse patients
