PACT Representative

Job Summary

To enhance patient experience, the full-time PACT Representative will assist inbound callers, schedule appointments, and manage patient information while working onsite in Winston-Salem, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Link patient experiences between PACT and practice sites using established policies and procedures
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments while verifying demographic and insurance information
• Provide customer service by addressing patient needs, escalating complex issues, and conducting follow-up as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 0-1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related role
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
• Ability to operate a multiple-line telephone system and manage various customer needs
• Strong verbal communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
