Pagination Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced in newspaper production, the full-time Pagination Specialist will manage the day-to-day production of display advertisements and ad block layouts remotely, ensuring accuracy and adherence to publication-specific requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Paginate newspaper pages according to specific layouts and formatting requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Build and format display ads using customer-provided materials, maintaining content integrity and publication specifications
• Perform quality assurance checks and manage multiple publications and deadlines simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in newspaper production, publishing, pagination, or display advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for creating and formatting print materials
• Strong understanding of page layout, typography, and print design principles
• Ability to work a schedule aligned with West Coast business hours
• Experience managing multiple production assignments with competing deadlines
