Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Paid Acquisition to lead their paid media strategy and optimize customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget across various paid media channels
- Lead paid media strategy and collaborate with external agencies for execution and performance tracking
- Act as a bridge between data and creative teams, translating performance metrics into actionable creative briefs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DTC growth or performance marketing, preferably in fashion/apparel e-commerce
- Expertise in GA4, attribution tools, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance workflow and creative output
- Ability to manage complex data sets and develop actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM/Email platforms and feed management tools to support a full-funnel ecosystem
