Owning the creative process from concept to final asset, the full-time remote Paid Ads Designer will manage ad creative for clients across various digital platforms, focusing on design strategy, static ad creation, and revision cycles while utilizing an AI-assisted production pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for client campaigns, incorporating market research and performance data
  • Design static ads and campaign suites for platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, ensuring data-driven and conversion-focused creative
  • Oversee revision cycles and quality control for contractor outputs, maintaining organized asset management and production workflows
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience designing digital ad creative in an agency or in-house performance marketing environment
  • A portfolio showcasing direct-response work with proven results
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Google Business Suite, along with fluency in Figma
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
  • Strong understanding of branding and digital buyer psychology
