Job Summary
To support audience growth and revenue generation, the full-time remote Paid Ads Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid ads campaigns across various platforms, managing budgets and analyzing performance to enhance engagement and reduce reliance on third-party reach.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute paid ads campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets
- Manage paid ads budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve cost-efficiency and revenue targets
- Analyze campaign performance and produce insights, including cost-per-acquisition comparisons and channel effectiveness reporting
Required qualifications
- Experience managing paid ads campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI
- Experience with campaign budget management and performance optimization
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and digital attribution principles
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools
