Job Summary
Leading a team of specialists in processing Paid Family Leave claims, the full-time salaried Paid Family Leave Supervisor will coach and develop staff, drive team culture and engagement, and manage HR-related administrative duties, all while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and development to team members, including performance management and process improvement initiatives
- Foster team culture and engagement through participation in DE&I initiatives and leadership forums
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks, including new hire interviewing, time sheet approvals, and issue management
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in an office, claims, or customer service environment
- 2+ years of experience handling Paid Family Leave claims with knowledge of PFL products and processes
- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to navigate complex computer systems
