Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of multifamily clients, the full-time remote Paid Media Account Manager will set strategies, manage budgets, configure tracking, analyze performance, and present results directly to clients while collaborating with Customer Success Associates.

Key responsibilities
  • Direct campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing account structure, audience targeting, and budget pacing
  • Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data reporting
  • Analyze campaign data weekly to identify performance trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Practical knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
  • Strong client communication skills with a professional and responsive approach
  • Ability to analyze data and present strategic recommendations in client conversations
  • Natural initiative to stay current with platform changes and implement new ideas proactively
