Job Summary
Managing digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms, the full-time Paid Media and Digital Manager will support media strategy, execution, and performance reporting for a federal program in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-channel media planning and execution with strategic guidance from the Director
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting
- Advise internal teams on paid media best practices and lead execution of relevant tactics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in paid media and digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution
- Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Basic understanding of SEO and content performance optimization
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
- Federal government experience strongly preferred
