Job Summary
To drive strategic direction and elevate client experiences, the full-time Paid Media Director will manage paid media strategies across key channels, lead client engagement, and foster cross-functional collaboration while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Paid Media strategy for Enterprise & Mid Market campaigns to ensure exceptional performance
- Lead campaign planning, activation, and optimization, providing guidance to Senior Paid Media Managers
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated media solutions that drive client growth and address complex strategic challenges
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple channels
- Strong background in measurement frameworks, including attribution models and incrementality testing
- Experience in new business development and crafting media strategies for client proposals
- Leadership experience in managing teams and driving accountability for performance outcomes
- Familiarity with emerging channels such as YouTube, CTV, and retail media strategies
