Job Summary
Leading the paid media function in a remote capacity, the full-time Paid Media Director will set the vision for paid media, manage 8-figure budgets, and drive performance and brand-building campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full paid media strategy across digital and traditional channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, YouTube, and more
- Build and manage channel budgets and forecasts while aligning paid media with company-wide growth plans
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of channel strategists, media planners, and buyers
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of paid media experience, preferably in a top DTC, consumer tech, or global agency
- Proven ability to manage and scale paid media budgets effectively
- Deep expertise across multiple channels with a focus on both performance and brand media
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in modeling spend-to-revenue outcomes
- Leadership experience in building and managing cross-functional teams and agencies
