Job Summary
Driving measurable business outcomes, the full-time Paid Media Lead will own and scale the paid media strategy across key digital channels, including Google Ads and social platforms, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy and execution across digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CAC and ROAS
- Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Proven success managing campaigns across major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and campaign tracking methodologies (UTMs, pixels)
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, and conversion optimization principles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
