Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Media Lead to oversee and drive media strategy, planning, and management services for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in planning and executing various media channels, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with campaign goals and serve as the primary contact for media-related inquiries
- Collaborate with teams to provide insights and recommendations, maintain workflow efficiency, and support campaign setup and launch activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in paid media and/or integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record of executing media strategies for clients with multi-million-dollar budgets
- Proficiency in managing performance across multiple media channels, including programmatic and social media
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role with experience in leadership and team collaboration
- Experience in shaping New Business Opportunities (NBOs) and agency experience is required
