Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of university partners, the full-time remote Paid Media Lead will manage the internal paid media performance strategy, oversee agency relationships, and ensure campaigns align with enrollment goals and business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the internal paid media performance strategy, monitoring channel performance against key KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner with the paid media agency, leading performance meetings and ensuring accountability for results
  • Partner with the Director, Channel Marketing to manage budget allocation and support strategic channel planning across various paid media platforms
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital marketing
  • Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies in a performance marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
