Job Summary

Experienced digital marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Paid Media Lead, responsible for executing and optimizing programmatic display and paid media campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to drive performance across various channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to support programmatic display and paid media strategies
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, and YouTube
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, bids, budgets, and targeting strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, including programmatic display and Google Ads
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong command of DSPs, audience strategies, and measurement frameworks
  • Experience with publisher-direct and trade publication media buys
  • Familiarity with YouTube buying and measurement techniques
