Job Summary
Experienced digital marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Paid Media Lead, responsible for executing and optimizing programmatic display and paid media campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to drive performance across various channels.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to support programmatic display and paid media strategies
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, and YouTube
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, bids, budgets, and targeting strategies
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, including programmatic display and Google Ads
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong command of DSPs, audience strategies, and measurement frameworks
- Experience with publisher-direct and trade publication media buys
- Familiarity with YouTube buying and measurement techniques
