Job Summary
Driving paid user acquisition strategies, the full-time remote Paid Media Lead will manage and execute campaigns across major channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and scale growth for a portfolio of outdoor and fitness brands.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee hands-on execution of live paid media campaigns and establish performance reporting
- Strengthen attribution and measurement frameworks while conducting tests to optimize channel performance
- Integrate subscription economics into bidding strategies and contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product launches
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly in mobile app user acquisition for subscription businesses
- Deep proficiency in AppsFlyer and 360ROI for diagnosing attribution issues
- Fluency in iOS SKAN and ATT-era measurement strategies
- Expert-level skills in spreadsheet modeling and forecasting; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience executing campaigns across major paid channels without agency support
