Job Summary

Driving paid user acquisition strategies, the full-time remote Paid Media Lead will manage and execute campaigns across major channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and scale growth for a portfolio of outdoor and fitness brands.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee hands-on execution of live paid media campaigns and establish performance reporting
  • Strengthen attribution and measurement frameworks while conducting tests to optimize channel performance
  • Integrate subscription economics into bidding strategies and contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product launches
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly in mobile app user acquisition for subscription businesses
  • Deep proficiency in AppsFlyer and 360ROI for diagnosing attribution issues
  • Fluency in iOS SKAN and ATT-era measurement strategies
  • Expert-level skills in spreadsheet modeling and forecasting; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience executing campaigns across major paid channels without agency support
