Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize a multi-million-dollar budget across various paid media channels
  • Lead paid media strategy and collaborate with external agencies for execution and performance tracking
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable creative briefs and optimize product feeds for better visibility
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in DTC growth or performance marketing, preferably in fashion/apparel e-commerce
  • Expertise in GA4, attribution tools, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento)
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance workflow and creative output
  • Ability to manage complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Experience with CRM/Email platforms and feed management tools to maintain a healthy full-funnel ecosystem
