Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Media Manager, SEM to lead the strategy and execution of high-intent acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize sophisticated search campaigns to ensure effective budget deployment and achieve monthly CPA and volume targets
- Translate high-level business goals into specific tactics, including keyword strategy and audience segmentation
- Lead the testing roadmap by designing and executing A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a proven track record of scaling performance accounts
- Proficiency in Looker and Amplitude for leveraging event-based analytics in paid media decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO concepts and an interest in the evolving demand capture landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
