Job Summary

Leading paid social strategy and hands-on media buying, the full-time Paid Media Manager will manage end-to-end media planning across issue-advocacy and creator-driven campaigns while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead paid social strategy, media planning, and hands-on media buying across client campaigns
  • Conceptualize and execute comprehensive cross-platform targeting and deployment strategies for advocacy and paid influencer programs
  • Monitor daily performance against client KPIs and execute real-time optimization pivots and budget redistributions
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid digital campaign management and hands-on media buying/planning
  • Deep technical mastery of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • Expertise in interpreting complex data sets and diagnosing delivery issues
  • Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with cloud databases and project software such as Airtable Forms
