Job Summary

Data-driven and proactive, the full-time remote Paid Media Manager will lead and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition programs to drive pipeline growth, qualified leads, and revenue impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid acquisition strategies across various digital advertising channels, including Google/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, and ROAS, and build dashboards for campaign effectiveness analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution, partnering with Marketing Ops to resolve discrepancies and improve targeting precision
Required qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience managing paid media for B2B SaaS, martech, ecommerce tech, or analytics companies
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Reddit Ads
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, tracking, and marketing analytics
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset with proven reporting skills and experience managing six-figure+ monthly ad budgets
