Job Summary

To support a growing marketing organization, the full-time Paid Media & Demand Generation Manager will manage demand generation campaigns across various channels, including paid media, webinars, and SEO, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive qualified demand and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies that connect paid media, SEO, and events
  • Oversee paid media performance, including setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Coordinate demand generation for webinars and events, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing of leads
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media across various platforms
  • Expert proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proven track record in building and optimizing B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of SEO and its impact on demand generation and pipeline growth
