Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and performance-driven Paid Media Manager, this full-time remote position will lead paid acquisition strategy across four brands, managing approximately $3.4 million in annual paid media investment to drive revenue growth and optimize marketing efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Lead optimization of paid media programs and make strategic investment decisions across campaigns and channels
- Conduct performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in paid acquisition programs
- Expert-level experience managing Google Ads and successfully rebuilding underperforming accounts
- Deep expertise in full-funnel paid media strategy and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues and translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with GA4, Shopify, and AI-enabled marketing tools
