Job Summary
Working remotely on a freelance basis, the Paid Media Manager will oversee the execution and governance of global and US paid media campaigns, ensuring high-quality performance analysis and process improvements while coordinating with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a live campaign tracker for status, budget pacing, and spend integrity across all active campaigns
- Consolidate and validate performance data to support campaign reviews and identify optimization opportunities
- Log invoices and track agency deliverable timelines while serving as the primary contact for routine agency inquiries
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years in paid media planning and execution, preferably in B2B or Tech
- Experience validating and executing complex digital campaign activations with a focus on QA and technical standards
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with campaign tracking dashboards and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
