Job Summary
To drive profitable growth through experimentation, the full-time remote Paid Media Manager will own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments, managing channel mix, budget allocation, and creative testing.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across various segments
- Build scalable systems for paid acquisition with a focus on CAC, payback, and conversion quality
- Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with full-funnel journeys
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling paid programs profitably across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns, not just managing an agency
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of attribution, tracking, and LTV vs CAC math
- Experience running creative testing and collaborating with creative teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and write high-intent copy
