Job Summary
Managing the Paid Media Lab, the full-time Paid Media Operations Manager will support brand leads in executing scalable tests, oversee vendor management for media mix modeling, and drive new business development initiatives within paid media, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Paid Media Lab, collaborating with brand leads to implement high-impact tests
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure data integrity for media mix modeling to optimize marketing spend across multiple brands
- Lead new business development opportunities in paid media, including marketplaces and social selling initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in a business setting
- Hands-on experience with Paid Search and Paid Social channels is highly preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing programs and terminology
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
