Job Summary
To support the Paid Media team during a period of increased campaign activity, the contract-based Paid Media Operations Manager will manage end-to-end creative operations for paid media campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams, either from Irvine, CA, or remotely within the US.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media creative operations across global partners
- Oversee the intake, scoping, QA, and delivery of all asset deliverables for paid media campaigns
- Facilitate alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities across concurrent creative workstreams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media operations, campaign operations, or creative project management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex workflows
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong QA instincts
- Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work during peak campaign periods
