Job Summary

To drive the development and expansion of scalable paid media initiatives, the full-time remote Paid Media Program Manager will manage emerging channels, improve audience activation strategies, and establish best practices for high-performing campaigns.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and rollout of new paid media channels to support business growth objectives
  • Develop frameworks, testing plans, and playbooks that enable teams to scale new initiatives effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strengthen customer engagement throughout the customer journey
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Four or more years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing environments
  • Strong knowledge of paid media fundamentals across multiple channels, including search and social
  • Experience developing scalable programs and operational frameworks that support cross-functional execution
  • Familiarity with audience activation strategies utilizing first-party data and intent-based targeting methodologies
