Job Summary

To support the activation and scalability of paid media programs, the fully remote Paid Media Program Manager will manage the evaluation and launch of new channels, develop audience strategies, and establish governance processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, launch, and scale emerging paid media channels while developing strategies and success metrics
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to activate audience data and improve targeting accuracy
  • Build and manage customer review generation programs, creating workflows and best practices for scalable efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels and audience segmentation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and analytics teams
  • Familiarity with audience activation platforms like 6sense
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
