Job Summary
To support high-performing paid media initiatives, the remote contract Paid Media Program Manager will build and scale foundational systems, focusing on emerging channel adoption and creating structured frameworks for media effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the identification and launch of emerging paid media channels, including niche platforms
- Develop structured go-to-market frameworks for new channels, encompassing audience strategy and performance benchmarks
- Establish best practices for audience segmentation, tracking integrity, and conversion readiness across digital programs
Required qualifications
- Strong expertise in multi-channel paid media strategy and activation frameworks
- Solid understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including audience segmentation and data flows
