Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their Paid Media team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategies to align with business goals
  • Own channel measurement, tracking, and optimizing performance against critical metrics
  • Manage day-to-day team activities, project management, and campaign best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Paid Search & Social campaigns
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics
  • Experience setting up Facebook Ads, including pixel tracking and configuration
  • Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
