Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Media Specialist (Remote/USA).
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other native platforms
- Analyze data to optimize bidding, targeting, and ad relevance while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Prepare performance reports and ensure tracking accuracy via tags, pixels, and analytics integrations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword tools
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, tracking, attribution, and optimization tactics
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Google Ads certifications preferred
