Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive leads and consultations
- Own weekly optimization cycles including budget allocation, bid strategy, and audience refinement
- Collaborate on creative briefs, landing page messaging, and ensure accurate conversion tracking
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation
- Proven success in improving cost per lead (CPL) while maintaining lead quality
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and performance dashboards
- Experience in paid acquisition for education or tutoring programs is a plus
