Job Summary

To support digital marketing operations during a high-velocity period, the contracted Paid Media Specialist will build, configure, and activate ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring while working either remotely or in Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities:
  • Immediately build, configure, and activate ad campaigns based on strategic briefs
  • Upload and format creative assets, set up tracking parameters, and verify structural correctness before launching
  • Set up and monitor budgets and bidding strategies, ensuring pacing aligns with target allocations
Required qualifications:
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to quickly understand ad account structures and launch campaigns with minimal guidance
  • Strong understanding of custom conversions, pixel tracking, and URL parameter strings
  • High precision regarding character limits, image dimensions, and budget management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
