Job Summary

Seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist, the full-time position will manage the daily setup, execution, and optimization of B2B paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, collaborating closely with Marketing Strategists to drive pipeline and enhance campaign performance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the tactical setup, launch, and maintenance of paid campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • Act as the primary operator for the 6sense platform, managing account tiers and intent signals
  • Monitor campaign performance and execute daily optimizations, including budget adjustments and A/B testing
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of direct experience executing B2B paid media and ABM campaigns
  • Deep operational experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and 6sense
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and UTM tagging frameworks
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meticulous campaign execution
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for strategic alignment
