Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to lead non-search channels and drive performance across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including CTV, OTT, podcasts, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and digital billboards
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure cohesive strategies and develop creative briefs for ad visuals and video assets
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide weekly insights and reporting, and stay ahead of trends to explore new opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience managing multi-platform paid campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and preferably CTV/OTT
  • Bonus for experience in podcast advertising or out-of-home (OOH) campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar analytical tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent multi-tasking skills
