Job Summary
Managing performance for over 30 veterinary practices, the full-time remote Paid Media Strategist will ensure seamless onboarding, optimize campaigns to exceed KPI benchmarks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and client volume.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and optimize paid media campaigns, implementing conversion tracking and attribution
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and collaborating with stakeholders to improve outcomes
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to target valuable clients and drive incremental lead volume
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven performance results
- Experience managing 30+ accounts, preferably in an agency or multi-unit environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights from data
- Expertise in metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, and their impact on campaign performance
- Familiarity with additional paid channels like Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
