Job Summary

Managing performance for over 30 veterinary practices, the full-time remote Paid Media Strategist will ensure seamless onboarding, optimize campaigns to exceed KPI benchmarks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and client volume.

Key responsibilities
  • Measure and optimize paid media campaigns, implementing conversion tracking and attribution
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and collaborating with stakeholders to improve outcomes
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to target valuable clients and drive incremental lead volume
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven performance results
  • Experience managing 30+ accounts, preferably in an agency or multi-unit environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights from data
  • Expertise in metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, and their impact on campaign performance
  • Familiarity with additional paid channels like Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
