A company is looking for a Paid Media & Retargeting Strategy Manager (Events).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retargeting strategies to drive event registrations and attendance
  • Own paid media budgets, forecasting, pacing, and optimization
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with retargeting and event-focused campaigns
  • Expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
  • Proven experience managing paid media budgets and performance KPIs
  • CRM-based targeting and first-party data experience
