A company is looking for a Paid Media & Retargeting Strategy Manager (Events).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retargeting strategies to drive event registrations and attendance
- Own paid media budgets, forecasting, pacing, and optimization
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with retargeting and event-focused campaigns
- Expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
- Proven experience managing paid media budgets and performance KPIs
- CRM-based targeting and first-party data experience
