Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of child care clients, the full-time Paid Performance Marketer will launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta, turning ad spend into qualified leads while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve cost-per-lead and return on ad spend targets
  • Conduct audience and creative testing, budget pacing, and performance reporting to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create and implement new ad sets and creative assets
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with proven results in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with pixel and tag implementation and troubleshooting, including Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in managing multiple ad accounts or budgets simultaneously
  • Reliable remote work setup with availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule
