Job Summary
Owning and scaling Curology's paid search channel, the full-time Paid Search Ads Manager will manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize performance, and drive customer acquisition while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, ensuring efficient growth and profitability
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to enhance customer acquisition strategies
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign workflows and operational efficiency while maintaining measurement integrity
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing Search Ads campaigns with large budgets
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT
- Experience in independently managing a performance marketing channel in a fast-paced environment
