Owning and scaling Curology's paid search channel, the full-time Paid Search Ads Manager will manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize performance, and drive customer acquisition while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, ensuring efficient growth and profitability
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to enhance customer acquisition strategies
  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign workflows and operational efficiency while maintaining measurement integrity
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience managing Search Ads campaigns with large budgets
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Experience in independently managing a performance marketing channel in a fast-paced environment
