Paid Search Analyst

Job Summary

As the technical and data lead for the Paid Search team, the fully remote Paid Search Analyst will manage the integrity and delivery of performance metrics, develop automated reporting, and provide data insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated reporting suites and dashboards for performance data across business units
• Aggregate and validate data from multiple sources to deliver reliable insights for management
• Write and manage automation scripts to improve reporting efficiency and data collection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Adobe Analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and Pivot Tables
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or R, with experience in Google Ads Scripts as a significant advantage
