Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Search and Social Specialist to manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads across various inventory and service campaigns
  • Implement tracking and reporting systems to connect paid activities to business outcomes and optimize budget allocation
  • Collaborate with leadership on promotional strategies and seasonal inventory priorities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in both paid search and paid social
  • Experience in high-ticket categories such as automotive, real estate, or home services preferred
  • Google Ads certification or equivalent proficiency in auditing and rebuilding account structures
  • Strong understanding of GA4 and GTM for conversion tracking and data integrity
  • Ability to adapt workflows for post-iOS 14 attribution challenges
