Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join a performance marketing team supporting B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop strategic recommendations based on performance data
  • Lead client-facing conversations and mentor junior team members on campaign strategy and execution


Required Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of paid search or performance marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience working with GA4 or similar analytics platforms
