Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and proactive Manager of Paid Search, the full-time position will lead SEM strategy and performance, managing a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients while overseeing planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee media buying and optimize campaign performance within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for DTC ecommerce businesses
- Facilitate successful client onboarding and develop initial digital marketing strategies, ensuring smooth transitions to junior team members
- Monitor key performance metrics, ensuring budgets are maintained while driving client success and identifying new opportunities
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of in-platform experience with Google Ads; Bing experience is a plus
- Experience working with DTC/ecommerce businesses and optimizing product feeds
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to implement innovative digital marketing strategies
- Analytical skills to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
