Job Summary

Leading SEM strategy and performance, the full-time Manager of Paid Search will manage a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee media buying, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance for DTC ecommerce businesses
  • Facilitate client onboarding and develop initial digital marketing strategies, ensuring smooth transitions to junior team members
  • Monitor key performance metrics and ensure budget compliance while identifying opportunities for upselling additional services
Required qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of in-platform experience with Google Ads, with DTC/ecommerce business experience required
  • Experience optimizing product feeds
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Analytical skills to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information clearly
