Job Summary
Leading SEM strategy and performance, the full-time Manager of Paid Search will manage a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee media buying, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance for DTC ecommerce businesses
- Facilitate client onboarding and develop initial digital marketing strategies, ensuring smooth transitions to junior team members
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure budget compliance while identifying opportunities for upselling additional services
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of in-platform experience with Google Ads, with DTC/ecommerce business experience required
- Experience optimizing product feeds
- Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
- Analytical skills to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information clearly
