Job Summary
Data-driven and independent, the full-time remote Paid Search Manager will oversee and optimize global paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, focusing on maximizing ROI and improving campaign efficiency through data analysis and strategic execution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize global paid search campaigns, leveraging SEM and Performance Max strategies
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and drive improvements in budgeting, audience targeting, and creative effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and report on performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in a global setting
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with proven experience in Google Performance Max
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance measurement tools like Tableau or Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with bid strategies, audience segmentation, and keyword research in a multi-market environment
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
