Owning the paid search strategy for travel and hospitality clients, the full-time remote Paid Search Manager will leverage platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to enhance booking performance and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end paid search strategy and execution to support revenue growth and brand presence
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide clear recommendations during client meetings
  • Collaborate with analytics, planning, and paid social teams to develop integrated marketing strategies
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on paid search (PPC/SEM) experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, including search campaigns and automated bidding strategies
  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising and Smart Bidding strategies
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics
  • Ability to present search performance and strategies in client meetings and quarterly business reviews
